The JW Marriott Indianapolis will be the meeting place for our 2024 One Team, One Dream Conference. DPA suppliers will be exhibiting their latest products and meeting face-to-face with each DPA distributor attendee. Exclusive promotions will be available for all distributors that place orders during the show. This is the perfect time to connect with fellow industry experts and increase your profits. You cannot afford to miss this!
Once again, DPA's Janitorial, Safety and Industrial shows will take place simultaneously (in separate exhibit halls). This means that in addition to the Jan/San show, you will have an opportunity to network with distributors and vendors in the Safety and Industrial product categories throughout the course of the conference.

Hotel Information
The JW Marriott Indianapolis is conveniently located in downtown Indianapolis with easy access to multiple museums and attractions. It is about 15 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND).
DPA group room rates for ROH Single/Double Occupancy are $239.00 per night plus applicable sales tax. Reservations are subject to availability and room type after the March 22nd cut-off date. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

The JW Marriott is approx. 15 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Taxis, rideshare, and rental cars are available at the airport.

Conference Start/Ending Times for Distributors
Please plan to arrive on Wednesday, May 1st & depart on Saturday, May 4th.
The show will kick off on Thursday, May 2nd at approximately 8:00 a.m. The conference will conclude on Friday, May 3rd at approximately 5:30 p.m. Please see a more detailed schedule on the inside of the conference brochure.
Distributor Protocol
Since the meetings (“rotations”) are structured so that each distributor has the opportunity to meet with every supplier, distributors must plan to attend ALL rotations.
Special Promotions
DPA distributors who attend the conference will receive special offers from our exhibiting suppliers. These show special promotions will be emailed to you a few weeks before the show. Cash prizes will be awarded to distributors who place orders with the most suppliers and also the largest volume of orders at the show.
Dance Card
At the conference, all distributors will receive a dance card with a list of suppliers that are exhibiting. Each supplier must initial your card during the rotation meetings to show that you met with them at their booth. At the end of the conference, your dance card will be collected by a DPA staff member.

Conference Start/Ending Times for Suppliers
Registration will be held 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1st & from 7:00-8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 2nd. Suppliers may set up exhibits at 6:00-10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1st & at 7:00-8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 2nd.
Rotation meetings will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 2nd. Rotations will be held every day & conclude at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3rd.
Exhibit Booths
Each 8'x10' exhibit booth will be set with an 8' high back drape and 8' high side drapes; an identification sign; one 6' draped table; four chairs; and one wastebasket. Drape colors: burgundy and white. Carpet will be provided.
In late March, DPA and the Exhibit Provider will distribute information to suppliers about how to ship materials to the conference and also about the other services that can be requested.
